Who do I contact with food questions?
Call us Mon - Fri 7am-4pm at 443-686-1544 with any food related questions. Please note that in the mornings we are often busy in the kitchen, so please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as we are available.
Who do I contact for Technical support?
Call Boonli.com at 1-800-381-6511 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for any technical support about how to order or sign up.
What is the difference between an entree and a combo?
An entree is the main food item (i.e. bagel, sandwich, salad, or hot item). The combo allows you to select a main item, a side item (carrots, apple slices , assorted chips, etc) , and a drink (water or juice) at a discounted price. When you select your combo item, the side options will appear in a drop down box, then your drink options will appear next.
What if my child is absent due to illness and I have ordered lunch for that day?
You have until 8 A.M. the morning of the lunch to cancel your order for illness related absences. Contact us by 8 A.M. at 443-686-1544 (please leave a voicemail) or email at email@example.com. You will receive a credit to your lunch account within 3-5 business days. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED THROUGH LIVE CHAT, Please contact GTC directly (phone and email above).
What if school is closed due to inclement weather?
We work closely with our schools regarding inclement weather days. If possible we will reschedule delivery for an alternate day. If cancellation is necessary credits will be issued automatically within 5 business days of closure. If schools dismiss early (around lunchtime) due to weather we work with each school individually to see if lunch delivery is still feasible. PLEASE NOTE: GTC follows Harford and Baltimore County closures (depending on which county your school is located). If your school opens/closes independently, it is possible for your school to be in session, and no lunch service available.
What if schools are delayed 2 hours due to inclement weather?
If your school is delayed 2 hours, lunch will still be delivered as schedule.
What is the form of payment accepted?
Visa, Master Card, debit card (w/Visa or MC logo).
What is the minimum order fee and check out fee?
Any order less than $10 will be charged a $1 processing fee. At times throughout the school year an additional check out fee may be added. This fee is added to offset increased food prices that may occur from the original pricing (posted in August). This fee will range from 2.5 -5%, and only implemented at times we've experienced significant price increases from our suppliers.
Can I cancel/change or add to my lunch order?
You may change or cancel your lunch order as long as it is processed prior to the order deadline - 7 days prior to your child's lunch day, cancellations due to illnesses may be made by calling 443-686-1544, or email firstname.lastname@example.org (no later than 8am on day of absence). Absences due to field trips or special events must be done 7 days prior to lunch day. (Schools on specialized programs may have different time frames). PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE 7 DAY WINDOW CANNOT BE DONE THROUGH LIVE CHAT.
What if I have a balance on my account at the end of the school year?
All balances must be used by the end of the current school year, by the last day of lunch service (in May or June). We do not issue credits back on credit cards, all credits/ balances will be forfeited at the end of the school year.

Food Allergy and dietary restrictions information
All of our meals are prepared peanut and tree nut-free. We do not use any nut products or peanut oils in our recipes. However, some ingredients that we use in our recipes may be manufactured in facilities that also process nut products...possibly creating cross contamination. Therefore, we can not guarantee a 100% nut free zone due to products we receive from outside suppliers.
We do however make every effort to check ingredients and avoid items that state they were processed in the same facility, when possible.
Gluten Free - we offer a GF option most days, including GF Tenders, GF pasta and meatballs, as well as a few salad options.
Additional allergens - if your child has dairy, soy or other allergies, please refer to individual menu listing. We do not customize menu options - what is listed on the menu is what your child will receive.
Nutritional information - if your child needs Caloric or Carb counts, please contact us directly at email@example.com. Parents can feel free to contact us and we will check labels of ingredients being used in any of our recipes to ensure that their child can enjoy the lunch safely.
